It was Labor Day Weekend in 2012, the weekend just before the new school year at the University of La Verne.  Kyndall had just transferred to the university and was in her second year of college.  Chris was in his third year and was set to graduate that winter. To kick off the school year, Chris was hosting a Red, White and 'Merica party at his Fraternity's home.  The two were introduced that night when Kyndall walked in, and they both went their separate ways for the rest of the evening.

Kyndall did her very best to make a good first impression, as did Chris; not knowing that the two had just met their forever soulmate in that brief exchange.  Kyndall wore bright blue pants with a white top and Chris was sporting a teal tank top, khaki shorts, a medical boot on his broken ankle, and long, wavy hair. When the two were introduced, they both felt a connection, but Kyndall's immediate words to her friend were, "He's cute.. if only he'd cut his hair!" To her surprise and perfect luck, Chris cut his hair to look presentable for Fraternity recruitment later that week and that's when Kyndall knew it just had to be fate!

The two would continue to bump into each other at school events, but nothing had evolved. Kyndall and Chris eventually saw each other at another party organized by Chris and the Fraternity where they danced and finally had a a conversation together that lasted longer than a brief "hi" and "bye".  That night (9/27/2012), the two shared their first kiss!

From that day on, Chris and Kyndall have been inseparable and are now looking forward to a lifetime together building memories, and raising a family!
